The Pandalivery Super app, Pandalivery Rider app, Pandalivery Partner Store Web Dashboard and App are developed by Raksquad IT Solutions Inc. as free applications. Pandalivery provides its services through these applications.
This is where Pandalivery states its policies in regards with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of any person who wishes to or has used our applications and services.
If you choose to use our applications and services, you agree to the collection and use of personal information in relation to this policy. The personal information that Pandalivery collects are used for providing and improving its platform, application, and services. Pandalivery will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
This privacy policy extends to all applications and services under Pandalivery which includes, but not limited to, the Pandalivery Super app, Pandalivery Rider app, Pandalivery Partner Store Web Dashboard and App.
This privacy policy covers users, customers, partner stores/restaurants, team members, staff, and delivery riders. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience, while using our applications and services, Pandalivery requires you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Address, Email, Phone number, Photo Gallery, Device’s Current Location and Storage. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The applications and services do use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.
The applications and services of Pandalivery require you to turn on your device’s location services and related features. As covered by the Information Collection and Use provision, these will be required only for the purpose of providing a better experience, monitoring and tracking of our delivery riders that ensures you and our delivery team’s security and safety. The Location Usage provision covers users, customers, partner stores/restaurants, team members, staff, and delivery riders.
Whenever you use our applications and services, in case of an error in the app, Pandalivery collects data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application when utilizing our applications and services, the time and date of your use of the applications and services, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
The applications and services do not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the application may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. The applications and services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case that Pandalivery or the third party application provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we shall immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Pandalivery may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Pandalivery will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
